1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to iBeautyfi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iBeautyfi website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is a concierge-style marketplace that connects customers with medspas and providers of medical beauty services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Services

iBeautyfi provides a platform that enables you to:

• Discover medspas and medical beauty service providers.
• Search and compare treatments, procedures, and providers.
• Book appointments with participating medspas.
• Read and submit reviews of treatments and providers.
• Manage your account, wishlist, and booking history.

iBeautyfi is a marketplace and does not directly provide medical or aesthetic services. The actual services are provided by independent medspas and practitioners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by third-party providers.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

5. Bookings and Payments

When you book a treatment through the Platform:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the medspa or provider for the service.
• Payment terms and methods are determined by the provider and may be processed by third-party payment processors.
• You are responsible for attending appointments or cancelling or rescheduling in accordance with the provider's policies.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the provider's policies and applicable law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in reviews or elsewhere.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our permission.
• Use the Platform to harm, harass, or intimidate others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, design, logos, and software, is owned by iBeautyfi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iBeautyfi AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iBeautyfi and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
